Selling Process
It's important to present a neutral space, so potential buyers can imagine their own life within your home. Experience has taught me that careful consideration drives property interest.

Property Evaluation
I’ve assessed hundreds of properties throughout my career, so I’ve learned to be efficient and thorough. If I see the benefit of bringing in a stager or a contractor, I’ll recommend one. Regardless, it’s always your choice to implement any repair or service suggestions to improve the listing. These decisions directly affect the marketing strategy.
Prepare Home for Sale
There are many, simple improvements you can make around the house to better position your property for sale. Repainting walls with neutral tones, removing niche artwork, and updating landscaping are a few. The property evaluation will provide us with a list of potential items to address.
Your best interest is at the heart of what I do. I make sales by asking the right questions and listening to my clients.
List & Market the Property
Strategy for marketing is what sets listing brokers apart. I provide a personalized marketing plan per client, per home. Once listed, buyer’s book private showings through their agents, who communicate directly with me when discussing home features and specific questions. A properly designed listing is an invaluable marketing tool.
Assess Offers & Close
As exciting as it is to have buyer interest, it's important to maintain patience during negotiations. When a buyer submits an offer, we’ll have the opportunity to review the complete terms.
Even if the sale price is lower than desired, sometimes the supporting deal points can make for a strong offer. This could mean generous financing, an all cash purchase, or a quicker close date. I'll work alongside you, advising on decisions and suggesting counter offer options until you're confident you've landed the right deal.
